Let’s Talk Menopause – Free Workshop by Stort Valley Healthcare & Primary Care Network for patients who are registered at Central Surgery, Much Hadham Health Centre, Church Street Surgery, South Street Surgery and Helix Medical Centre.
Session 1: 06th March 2025 – 19:00 – 21:00
What is menopause? Introduction to Menopause with guest speaker, Dr Calisir, GP followed by a Q&A Session
Menopause and Diet with guest speaker, Sema Jethwa, NHS and Freelance Specialist Dietician
Session 2: 13th March 2025 – 19:00 – 21:00
Sexual Health & Wellbeing Information with guest speaker, Dr Calisir, GP followed by a Q&A Session
Family History and Menopause and CBT with guest speaker Kate Foster – Family History Nurse followed by a Q&A Session
There will be the opportunity outside of the workshops to book a 1:1 appointment with a specialist GP for further advice and treatment relating to the menopause and HRT options.
