FREE Healthy Eating Masterclasses April 8th & 15th
Beezee in Hertfordshire are offering two nutritionist-led Masterclasses this April.
1. FREE Supporting Children with a Limited Diet Masterclass on Wednesday 8th April 6pm – 7pm – online and free to join!
- Exploring different types of fussy eaters/picky eaters
- Calm, practical strategies to reduce mealtime stress
- Techniques to encourage new food acceptance
- Tips to build a positive, pressure‑free food environment
2. FREE Healthy Eating on a Budget Masterclass on Wednesday 15th April 6pm – 7pm – online and free to join!
- Discover lower-cost healthy swaps
- Understand the importance of meal planning
- Learn about different cooking methods
- Ask questions and get free resources!
These sessions will also provide the opportunity to connect with other parents/carers facing similar challenges.
