Hertfordshire Health Walks September-December 2026

The Health Walks team is delighted to announce that their new East Herts Health Walks Timetable Sept – Dec 2026 is now available online.  Visit to find a walk close to where you live. Thanks to the commitment of fantastic volunteers, there are 15 walking opportunities listed—ranging from two gentle 30-minute walks from Herts and Essex Hospital and Castle Park to a brisker 60-minute walk from Thorley for those looking for more of a challenge.

If you are enthusiastic about walking and would like to Volunteer to support walks, they’d love to hear from you. They are actively recruiting new volunteers to sustain and expand the FREE walk programme and offer more choice. The next volunteer training session takes place on Friday 4^th September in Stevenage—email healthwalks.cms@hertfordshire.gov.uk to book a place or find out more.
