HENRY Healthy Families, Right from the start, Group programme – Autumn 2025

Dear families with children 5 and under,
HENRY have confirmed their 2025 Autumn Calendar.
The programme is completely free for families, running both online and face to face each term, over an 8-week period.
Covering themes of: Parenting confidence, Physical activity for little ones, What children and families eat, Family lifestyle habits and enjoying life as a family.
