Prescriptions

How to Request a Repeat Prescription
You can request a repeat prescription by either:
The practice issues prescriptions via the electronic prescription service (EPS). This means that your prescription is sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice you do not need a paper prescription. This system is more efficient and convenient for patients and staff. 
Please let us know your preferred ( nominated) for prescriptions to be sent to.  If you need to collect your prescription from a different pharmacy occasionally we can also re-direct your prescription as a one off to a different pharmacy.  We can also send your prescription to the spine if you are not sure which pharmacy you will use, this means you can collect your prescription from any high street pharmacy by giving your NHS number.   We would encourage you to select a nominated which we can add to our medical record or you can set this via the NHS App. 
If the item you require is on your repeat prescription and your review is up to date the easiest way to request is via the NHS app.  If the item you want to request is not on your repeat prescription is over due please complete an e-consult online request.
