The NHS in Hertfordshire and west Essex is seeking to understand people’s experience of using their GP surgery’s services remotely and how they use technology in daily life, to help plan future GP services that work for everybody and has asked We Are Digital, to conduct some research on this subject with GP surgery patients in Hertfordshire and west Essex (Harlow, Epping and Uttlesford).

If your GP surgery is in Hertfordshire or west Essex, We Are Digital would be grateful if you could complete a survey, that will take about 10 minutes. You can do this either by phone or online if you prefer.
