South Street Surgery Covid-19 update

As measures are eased, we are seeing higher levels of COVID.  We currently have high levels of staff sickness due to COVID at the surgery.  This is particularly affecting our nursing and administration teams.  We may need to reschedule routine appointments to enable us to ensure we can provide urgent care.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.  Please wear a face covering when you attend the surgery and keep this on during your consultation.  Thank you for your support and understanding.
