There is access for wheelchairs via the ramp to the front entrance of the surgery. We only have two downstairs consulting rooms which are in constant use. Therefore it is essential you inform the receptionist when booking your appointment if you cannot go upstairs for your appointment. There is a toilet for the disabled in the main reception area.
It is regretted that there is no parking space available at the surgery for patients. However, public car parks are situated within easy walking distance.
There is a suggestion box available in reception and we welcome any suggestions about how we may improve our services.
Nappy changing facilities are available in the toilet located in reception.
Air conditioning has been installed in waiting rooms two and three. Please ask at reception if the atmosphere is too hot or too cold.
The Bishop’s Park branch surgery is situated next to Tesco at Bishop’s Park (just off the A120 roundabout).
There is ample free car parking for patients. The premises has seven consulting rooms downstairs. There are a further three consulting rooms on the first floor.
The surgery provides access for wheelchairs and there is a disabled toilet downstairs. Nappy changing facilities are available in the disabled toilet on the ground floor.

There are proposals to relocate Bishop’s Park site to new purpose built premises on the Stortford Fields development. This will improve the facilities and services that we are able to offer patients.
